dont you know about the Geneva convention's rulings on POWs?it is considered an international war crime if surrendered prisoners are harmed and not treated well.i expected you to know that.

apart from the propaganda by our own govt...from what i have understood of the comflic is that it was our mistake...nehru should have waited for the territorial dispute to get diplomatically resolved before stationing troops beyond the LoAC.
considering all the possible terms of waging a war...we incited the war..we cant expect the chinese to come to our terms.i guess the war's history...we have a world order to topple.
