If as alleged there is a RAW/ISIS/TTP nexus, it likely is limited, probably just to the players in Afghanistan that attack the interests of India. It's not like they signed an alliance agreement with full protocols. What likely happens is that as information is leaked or picked up that ISIS/TTP needs arms or explosives, agencies like RAW or maybe NDS facilitate this.

Keep in mind that this exists only as long as ISIS attacks Pak interests. If that were to change, I doubt RAW or India will still continue with this policy.

I haven't really followed much the stories around Sarabjit, or Kulbushan. Maybe they were Indian spies, maybe they were just dumb-f***ks with a streak of misadventure. Honestly, some Pakistanis think us Indians are expected to know these juicy details of Pakistani media. No, we don't because they don't affect our lives at all.

Such stories play out very badly in Indian media. impacting the lives and well-being of Indian Muslims. Especially those of a lower socio-economic strata who are vulnerable to the Hindutvadi aggressors.

Also the intent of this thread was to seek information on this topic. I don't have much knowledge of Afghanistan.
