While I agree with you about the need for more development in Balochistan, we have a vicious cycle there now in that the violence and attacks on non-Baloch ethnic groups and between the SF’s and terrorists are driving away investment and entrepreneurs.

Cities like Lahore and Karachi attract migrants and talent from all across the country, whereas right now even local talent & investment is fleeing Balochistan due to the violence.

see this is the problem... you cant expect military to do everything, courts and civ administration has to come up and do their job.
in Swat, Balochistan and other tribal districts, military did kill (execute) the bastards in the past and then their were civil casses launched against officers and men, they lost their jobs or their careers were destroyed.

We have a whole new division of regular soldiers there, we need to have a few more divisions to end Indian sponsored terrorism once and for all.

Its not only man power we need, better equipment like drones and MRAP, better intelligence, better management of borders ( still haven't fenced the borders completely) and regular sweeps of the areas. It doesn't takes a lot of terrorists to give us a run around so we better make use of more technology. Drones and MRAP are definitely needs of the hour on urgent basis.
