US is well know to fabricate many data and accusation to facilitate their political agenda. Most of the accusation are unfounded or simply exaggerated.

The best and smartest students are normally given scholarships to defense universities, alot will end up doing PhD in the west and China had a hard time recruiting them back due to pay issues. Now it seems US is handing thrm bck to us for free. Lol.

Did the Europeans/Americans pay the Chinese for the right to produce gunpowder or for the advancements that came from the techniques utilized for its production?

Did the US pay the Germans after stealing German technology to advance their own space and weapons development programs by hiring about 1600 German scientists post WWII (ex. Albert Einstein, Wernher von Braun, etc...)?
