You should tell this who never visited in UP, Haryana bihar. Myself root of UP I can confirm this.
They do some 10 % good decisions but it overwhelmly overrides their 90 % of bad decisions.

Khap support modi as well as we did in UP in last election ,we were the main reason NDA got 73 sits in UP but lots of farmers were getting angered and now they made a directly deal with modiji over state govt about something else and in return khap publically supporting this.

Hypocrisy is Khap never was part of female foeticide but one of the big reason was dowry which should be eradicated.
