1.First 1.6 km running in 8 minutes 30 seconds(which is actually not 8 minutes). 2.Then,after 15-20 minutes,ditch crossing followed by 3 PERFECT chin-ups. 3.Then about 10-15 minutes,15 PERFECT military push ups followed by 15 reach ups/sit ups.

I want to know if i'm recommended in issb test of army,can i switch it to paf?

You cannot join PAF(GDP) as permanent commission(PC) when you'll cross your age limit(22 yrs).You can join as SSC but chances are very less.Last time they opened Graduate GDP in 1997. Its 14 years that PAF is not opening SSC for GDP.If they open inductions for GDP as SSC then you can join.Keep...
