Capt Faraz of Alpha Bravo Charlie Express his view about his father as

"My Father is my Hero,

From winning the Sword of Honor in his 40th GD(P)Course to achieving international accreditation on the worlds best fighter of its time, F 104 Starfighter. From participating in establishing the first Mirage Squadron of Abu Dhabi Air Force to returning back to Risalpur Academy as OC Cadets Wing to cascade his legacy down the line; my father has spent 18 eventful years serving the PAF with honor & dignity.

Oct 28th, 2010. We celebrated his 67th Birthday.
Currently on dialysis with Renal Failure, Hepatitis C and Diabetes, he is passing through a very tough phase in his life and fighting it out like a true Fighter Pilot.
We pray to Allah All Mighty to Grant him comfort and recovery from his ordeals.

PAF Academy Risalpur in 1980. It was here that Dad again met Shaikh Sultan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, son of UAE's President and then a Commander in Chief of the UAE Armed Forces who came to Pakistan with his delegation.
A nice reunion from their Abu Dhabi times, Shaikh Sultan, thoroughly impressed with our Academy and its set up invited my father over to UAE to establish a similar Institution for UAE Air Force.
An offer that was finally accepted by my father.
