French cant risk both agreements.Qatari agreement was done years back and things were finalized that time.Most probably, according to agreement , PAF pilots are being trained there .

I am very much hopeful that first Type 54 will join PN any time this year and second would be in first quarter of next year 2020 IA.

I too prefer FD 2000 as per depending on availability/offer of system to Pakistan and Aster 30 is as well could be potential system, we can add to our defence. I believe, in near future we will have that FD 2000 by considering India Pakistan conflicts.
