It can. But the schools are not the issue. It's the attitudes of parents. This is what happens when you try to force everybody together againsnt their will.

Faith schools are the best schools in terms of results. Anyway, forcing everybody to go to school together is what they did in the US a few decades ago. It was a total failure.

The Baltic states' membership of NATO does look to me like a giant bluff. Would any country really want to risk a nuclear war over them?
