There are certain factors you have to take into consideration like what kind of firearms and how easily a law abiding citizen can acquire them in certain European countries.

For example, terrorists easily acquired fully automatic assault weapons with grenades and materials to make home made bombs in order to kill hundreds of people at a time, while the average law abiding citizen cannot conceal carry even a small hand gun in France? correct me if im wrong here.

I know Switzerland is different as they can possess assault weapons but they don't have a fifth column minority community in their country like France, Britain, Sweden, Germany, and other European countries do.

European migrants arent a problem at all. Most of them are seamlessly integrated and bring much vibrance to the communities.

The overwhelming majority 88% see Britain as a good place for Muslims to live but only 34% would contact the police if they felt someone they knew was a jihadist.

more than 50% of British Muslims are hate filled bigots. You are less likely to be hated by your fellow Muslim in Afghanistan than you are in Britain. You are less likely to be hated by any Muslim in Pakistan for whatever reason than you are in a British Muslim area.

If you get the authorization from the Préfecture (You must fullfil some requirements,like being above 18 years old,never sentenced for crimes such as rape,murder,drugs related,sexual assaults.... not showing that you could use this weapon against you or against others... ),you won't have problems acquiring semi automatic carbines.
I know some guys who even own HK MR223...
