But India's populations grows at a much slower rate than Pakistan's and BD's.Isnt the fertility rate for pakistan somewhere around 3.6 per woman compared to 2.7 for India?and BD actually has a density of 1000 people per km!!! India has 300 something per km.so who actually has more of a problem...

If so then good for BD..but I don't think India can take that risk.Cheaper and easier making a fence and electrifying it than providing homes and work for 150 million people in an already over populated country.
