I think you meant the National Assembly will be dissolved on 15 November and all Provincial Assemblies on the 20 November. Elections will then be held within 60 days.

Just reading that NS will be allowed to return after the Presidential election is over, although presumably he will still be arrested on corruption charges along with BB. Having him in Pakistan for the General elections will hopefully see his party take away some votes from the PPP.
