Govt. refuses to pass resolution condemning Israel

Technically it's the presiding officer who refused to present the drafted resolution before house. Ministers are no one to refuse or reject anything, to me title seems to be deceptive.

How resolutions are tabled in Indian parliament, I mean what is the procedure? Anyone?

Good job India...stay out of it....let Israel teach the Palis a lesson. I feel sorry for the Jews who have to live under the constant threat of violence. The only way to stop it, it to eliminate the threat. Sadly, civilian casualities is bound ot happen but hte blame lies firmly on Hamas.

Don worry ..Indian Govt.(lead by any party) knows , how to control them...ALL IZ WELL under the limit... If they will cross limit , they know what would be the outcome.
