I don't think so...
10s of Kt means fission bomb. Pakistan tested this one.
100-200 kt means fusion boosted bomb. A slightly different design, needs testing.
100s of Kt means thermo nuclear bomb. A two stage design, needs a hell lot of testing.

There is a reason why Iran is not having nukes till now and North Korea had so much trouble in getting a 200 Kt nuke working.
