some areas may have been safe for muslims. but this statement is false because in many parts of the country muslims had to hide out from hindu killers after their shops & houses were burned down, they cud either be hacked or migrate to pakistan poor, hungry and half-dead. the same thing was faced by many hindus across the border who migrated to india. lets not make sweeping statements and undermine the struggle and sacrifices of these migrants.

As i said, there were communal clashes during the partition and people of all religions got affected because of that. I am not refusing that. I was only refusing the sweeping statement that "Muslims were forced out of India"

What's in to discuss in the first place. This is a forum dedicated to take Pot shots and Mud slinging campaign from behind the computer screens on India after knowing full well that that their own societies are at a point were Indians don't even consider worth talking/discussing about. Expecting anything other than this stupid flame Bites and Propaganda lines from these people is our stupidity and trying to reason with them using facts is simply suicidal. Indeed Kashmiris are our citizens, why should any Indian tolerate any Human right violation against them?? The army is always watched in Kashmir and why should any Indian tolerate any intruder too. Human rights violation act suits those who are humans, not some terrorists blowing bridges, killing our Kashmiris, our soldiers and carrying out terrorist strike.
