Man im tired of this begging trend, y the hell they didnt made preparations. They are holding ******* stolen billions of rupees and dont wanna to bring that huge stockpile in Pakistan and asking world to give money. World is not responsible for infrastructure of Pakistan its you SOB's who r responsible

We had the same problem last year - and monsoons have been occurring forever (a really long time)- Why can't Pakistanis ever seem to get anything done without someone else kicking them up their behind to get things done? Not a failed state? OK, sure

I was watching this TV program and PPP member tells the anchor it is the past government that had not established Disaster Management Depart in all across Pakistan, now the jokers play their cards one blames the other, while jokers visit across the Pakistan begging for money when they have no economic plans to generate money throw them nor is there any accountability of where all the 22 billion loans went for the past 3+ years. Disaster Management Department should have been considered as important department as Armed Forces to mobilize at the hour of need in disasters. We have no rescues helicopters in abundance, ambulances, fire brigades, disaster specialized medics and so on..Pakistan has no underground sewerage tunnels to flush water off the roads below in those tunnels the whole Pakistan has a bad flawed engineering which requires bring down everything to the ground and restart do we have that sort of money not in a zillion years.

Offtopic we don't even have godowns in every area of agriculture land elevated enough from the ground in case of disasters to save the stock this should have been done in 1960's all across Pakistan.

If failed state means unable to deliver to the public and all departments of Pakistan are in deplorable condition unable to do nothing for the public it indeed depicts only the nation of Pakistan.

There should be done many projects to stop process every year but interesting here is that flood hit mostly Sindh while these are Sindh provincial bodies ever stand against development of dams. There are ANP idiots also bring their ego and BEGHARAT GHERAT not to let federal bodies step on.

People itself responsible.

Zardari didn't asking help for citizens but for bank balance after his presidency which near to end. This is called damn future planning. If this future planning done for Pakistani people then there were not problems we are facing.

Whoever gives anything towards the flood victims should supervise it and see where its spent.Sadly no cash please as it will be spent in Switzerland or USA. I think Zardari is a pr*ck that cant be trusted with 1 rupee
