With the bengalis what is done is done and I dont want to derail your post. But warrant your objective consideration to the following, Do you also consider the Kashmiri Pandits as your own, because your government vehemently backs the militants who butchered them in Kashmir, and never has Pakistan shown any solidarity with the pandits or denounced the atrocities against them.

Also do you realize how many civilians have died in Kashmir due to the terror proxies you have backed, what kind of people unleashes such atrocities on the people they consider their own? Why would you back organisations that conducts bomb blasts and throws grenades in the bazaars or burn down schools. What kind on kinship is this?

Which is why I mentioned one cultural artefact from both parts of the state. You may see it as the Valley and Jammu but we don't. Because we reject your religious interpretation of geography. As for Kahwah being "your" culture, I am not surprised. Apparently Urdu is also your culture, and so is everything that you appropriated and claimed for yourself based in a fictional heritage.

I haven't watched the episodes but I think I know about quiet a few of them.
On YouTube when I started watching one of its episodes it lead me to a video which was discussing Doval's victory in kashmir and how he had been successful in getting KUKA PURRAY and SAJJAD LONE to lock horns with their parent terrorist organisations despite them themselves being ex-terrorists. ZAKIR Musa may not be Doval's pawn but the way things have turned out in the valley it is trademark DOVAL style operation. Lol




Kashmir is a place where India can NOT afford to experiment but take concrete actions.
Under an ideal scenario where politicians of the state are genuinely interested in the prosperity of the state, your suggestion would have worked. But let's not forget that Abdullahs and Muftis are only too happy to stoke fire in the valley for their own selfish reasons. Farooq Abdullah had escaped to U.K. when KPs were being mercilessly targeted in the valley.

To create revenue, the state needs more industries, but with art 370 preventing outsiders from buying land/properties in kashmir, which international or Indian company do you think would invest in kashmir?
Security concerns and failing economy adds to kashmir's woes. Only the central government can set things straight in the J&K.

And then again questioning J&K's accession should not be feared at all. Let not such thoughts ever mislead us. Hyderabad,Goa, Sikkim and many other states have merged well with India despite the initial resistance. Kashmir should also be treated like any other state in India. With vultures waiting to feed on Kashmir's carcass let's ensure that we come with fool proof ways of protecting the state and its people. JMHO!

My govt has not backed Kashmiri militants since 2001. Which is a shame... as for pandits, even today they aren't targeted, and a lakh or so migrated due to their own will.

And these were the same people who took part in Kashmiri genocide in 47. Do you know a million Kashmiri Muslims were displaced in 47 alone? Quarter of a million were butchered under the personal supervision of hari Singh with covert support of Indian state and princely states of India?

What about Indias promise at the UN? Be honest, isn't it the right of Kashmiris to decide their own future ?

Do you think Kashmiri want to stay with India ?

Do you think Indian military has not committed gross human rights violations in the valley?
