He isn't targeting Islam buddy. He is targeting the people interpreting their version of Islam and calling it a lifestyle. The Quran or every other religious text may have covered everything there is to make sure one leads a good life, but when a zealot reads it his interpretation of it and overzealous application of it on everyone else destroys the basis of that religion.

Sir most Ulemas don't agree with some technology one the basis of logic and Quran and Hadees for example TV it can be used to portray Islam as well as promote Vulgarity but as for the Rape Islam doesn't require 4 witness for Rape

I can only say that many of us get confused and don't know which is the exact position on the issue.

Can't talk much about a blog's authenticity, but this is what I say: The requirement of 4 witnesses is for adultery, which is, although different from rape, is often misinterpreted (on purpose) as rape.

Secondly, if four witnesses are required to report a rape, then would the four witnesses just watching the rape happening would not become partners in crime for just watching and not helping the woman while she got raped? That, kind of, defeats logic.



To add to this... If a woman/man commits adultery, the onus to provide four witnesses is on the accuser. When this part is illegitimately shoved into the rape law, the victim becomes the accuser and she bears the onus of producing four witnesses.

Yes Rape does not require 4 witness Consent sex and adultery requires 4 witness

So if a person cheats on his/her spouse you need 4 witnesses to prove it?? That interpretation is actually in favor of women who may be falsely branded as adulterers. To see it misinterpreted and used in the way it is is really sad.
