Dr AQ khan is the founder. Yes he is not the scientist who made the bomb but he was called by Bhutto and he than gathered all the guys who than produced the bomb. AQ was a metallurgist but he made the team which gave us nukes within 6 to 8 years. Our weapon was ready in 1984
