I agree what he said was wrong. There is no justification for the language he used for the dead people (sic).But there is reaction to an action. What caused him to utter those words? He is always the same or something has changed him to say so? Is it appeasement of one section over other that pushed him towards the wall or he has been seeing various atrocities on his people by others and still no action against perpetrators that forced him to become hardliner?
