Yoga doesn’t lead to God, says Kerala church report

Ok carry on .... I was (pretending) being protective of Parsad, because of his benign humane nature of explaining things he likes and considers superior ..... you see I too care about gentle Hari.

Hari is not a bad guy. He is just misunderstood

The growth of Surat is a classical social relation based economy. Here everything is relation based. Multi billion rupees trade happen on just a piece of papers. If you book a house then builder will give a small diary of Rs 2 where he will write a chas receipt which shall be 1% of actual amount paid. If you give them Rs 10 lakh, he will write 10k. I have never heard even a single case of cheating. Here there is a huge diamond market where the multi billion USD diamond trade takes place. If you go there, neither you will see any police nor you will find any security. The money send on Angadia. If I want to pay you rs 10 lakh, I will go and give it to a local agent. Hw will phone his mate to give same money to you in your city. I once received a big amount. I went on adress to collect it. He asked me to give a ring on particular number. I rang him from my mobile. He just picked up the key and open the treasure and put amount in my hand without asking even a single question further. I got amazed the the way this transactions are taking place.

This model has made surat the richest city of India . The business and multiple informal financing channels are mind boggling. Nobody has any intension to cheat anybody. Lots of poor people come here for work and fulfill their dreams here. many boys from orrissa and West Bengal are working here in my office. They do not want to go back. They say that they are very happy here. They work here very sincerely and people take care of them. If they fall ill, I often take them to hospital, Some time my boss akss me to give money to some one. I will ask a contactor to raise the bill (Without doing any work). He will raise the bill and I will give him cheque (We do not deal in cash in our company). He will deposite and give me the cash. I will keep it with me and pay to people my boss ask me to pay or some time he will tell me to pay to whom soever i think good to pay. I will pay and let him know the balance left . Now this figure shall be remembered only.

Here lots of Bhandars (Open invitation for lunch for everybody) take place nearby my office. We often go there. We receives a lots of invitation for various general and persnal function from nearby village where we go and attend. These invitation shall not be of someone we know but their relatives also. I just visited a function of the nephew of the sarapanch of a nearby village. This is a totally an informal type of office atmosphere.

Here some time politicians come. They do not ask for the money but they will ask for work. We give them work at the same rates and terms and conditions which we give to others. Just one Tailor came to collect his money of cheque for uniform supply. I asked him to make 2 beautiful pair of shirt and pant for one of our office boy. He agreed happily and said that when he will come next time, he would bring that. Some time we go to sea to visit the ship where they invite us for lunch etc. in office, there is no formalities. All enjoys togather. If someone comes here and see, they will be shocked to see the atmosphere where everybody is standing to gather and chatting and laughing very loudly and having tea to gather. Those who have lived in so called formal atmosphere will find this totally irritating but people say that it is the most efficient team anywhere handling sea logistics in city. All takes launch together, goes for a walk to gather after lunch. Our boss will often scold us for good reason and some time without any reason but that is it. He will never have anything in his heart. Everybody'd birthday and marriage anniversary is celebrated in office. We bow down to our boss to take his blessing. He gives us blessing as if we are his sons.

I often send people to my Brother who is a famous Psychiatrist of the city. He will not take any form them asI have sent them.

Let tell you something more about the atmosphere in office. I keep green tea other ingradians here in my office. . Our office boy makes very good green tea with cinnamon powder, Honey , Mint leavse and Tulsi leaves with lemon. People across many offices come here to enjoy the tea. Now if I am not in office , they will ask our office boy to make tea (Dave sahab wali chai pilao), seat on sofa enjoy it and go. Sometime some friend comes here and ask whether I want to have a tea since they have already order a tea (Which I have kept here in office for my consumption). They will offer my tea to me.
