The only heavy lift capability of the Chinese Air Force is the Russian Il-76. All other transport aircraft including the Y-5/7/8/11/12 etc are either light or VIP transport aircraft. All are copies of the Russian AN-2, AN-12, AN-24.

As far as AWACS is concerned, go catch up on your reading. It'll do you a world of good. I don't have more time to waste on educating the illiterate.

The AEWACS aircraft will have a locally developed AESA primary radar with IFF. The system will also have ESM (Electronic Support Measures) and CSM (Communications Support Measures) ability. Datalinks to network the AEWACS with fighters, and ground based control systems will also be provided, as will be the SATCOM (Satellite Communication System). The aircraft will also have a comprehensive self defence suite. The avionics suite will be linked via a datahandling system, controlled by Mission computers.
DRDO's public overview of the AEWACS aircraft stated:[17]
The Radar will have an extended range mode against fighter aircraft, and will consist of two back to back AESA arrays, with an additional dedicated IFF array.
The ESM system will be able to track sources with a directional accuracy of 2 deg. RMS and a frequency accuracy of 1 MHz.
The ESM system will have complete 360 degree coverage in azimuth and have a database of up to 3000 emitters against which threats will be scanned.
Communication Support Measure system will analyse and record intercepted communications both inflight and post flight.
Self Protection Suite will have a passive Missile Approach Warning System, a Radar Warning Receiver and countermeasures dispensers. The SPS will be integrated with the ESM & CSM suite.
The aircraft will support Inflight refuelling.
The aircraft will have SATCOM, and datalinks to pass on ESM, CSM and radar data to ground stations and datalinks to pass on target information to fighters. More than 40 other aircraft will be datalinked together by the AEW&C aircraft.

  2012年面对的拐点性特征事实是城镇新增就业人口900万人,同比2011年减少1/4,就业压力大幅缓解,政府将国内生产总值年增速目标首次调降至7.5%水准,政策取向亦将发生显着变化。展望这一结构性调整,可以发现固定资产投资主导的经济增长时代终将过去,政府的财政、货币政策将从全面宽松转向引领产业结构调整的“定向投放”。我们价值挖掘的目光随之投向政策期许的战略新兴产业领域,航空制造业等将有望成为引领“中国制造”全新崛起的典范。

  我国建立自主的航空制造业已具备如下的客观条件。我国拥有庞大的并在快速增长的航空消费市场,单凭国内市场已足够支撑航空制造业的规模化采购要求。我国政府需要发展自己的航空制造业。航空制造业的衍生产业链涵盖广泛堪比地产业,对我国整体制造业的升级拉动作用明显,客观上可成长为新的国民经济支柱产业,被政府加以厚望。

  同时,政府全力扶持是航空制造业成长的必备条件之一。航空制造业投资周期漫长,很难由市场自身演化发展,国际领军航空制造企业的成长仍然需要政府的积极介入高额补助,参考高铁的发展范式。我们认为,我国政府已具备充足的资源动员能力与市场置换技术经验推动航空制造业发展。

  我国航空制造业的发展路径已逐渐清晰,国产战机已步入全面代际更替阶段,与其配套的国产发动机全面量产替代进口发动机,将是我国航空制造业最先步入扩张的领域。国产大型军用运输机2012年内实现首飞,2013年或将步入量产阶段,标志着我国初步具备大型飞机的制造技术。国产大型商用客机C919预计将在2014年首飞,2016年完成国际适航认证进入量产阶段,将是国产大型飞机制造技术全面成熟的标志。

  上游的国内航空材料业将随航空制造业的整体成熟同步成长,建立我国金属加工业依靠后天技术积累创建竞争优势的典范。技术能力不像资源那样天赋地授、有无显而易见,其发展路径存在很大不确定性。因此,市场对技术价值的认知远没有像对资源价值的认识那样迅速。但随着国产航空业的逐步成熟,规模的持续扩大,必然有一批具备技术实力的材料加工企业逐渐脱颖而出,其技术价值有望得到重估。

  我们通过对国产航空制造业发展时序,对各类材料需求扩张可能的增速加以判断。可以概括为,军机包括军机配套发动机先行,民用机逐步成熟的梯队发展顺序。由于军机构成中钛材及复合材料占比显着高于民用机,我们判断钛材先行,依然占据民机主要构成的高端铝合金板材后起。同时,发动机用各类高温合金需求也将随国产发动机的量产而在近期启动。国际航空制造业或于2012年步入又一景气高峰,对我国的航空材料业,特别是已具备出口资质如钛材企业可望形成直接的拉动作用。

  对整机产业链与发动机产业链加以梳理,可以发现在国产航空制造业大发展中可能受益的相关材料加工类上市公司包括钛合金方面的宝钛股份、西部材料,高温合金方面的钢研高纳、st偏转,铝合金方面的中国铝业、南山铝业,复合材料方面的博云新材、哈飞股份,特钢方面的宝钢股份,材料加工工具方面的厦门钨业、章源钨业、豫金刚石、四方达。

  问:近期,美国《华尔街日报》报道,印度将拿出58亿美元,购买10架美国C-17军用运输机。一架飞机5.8亿美元,感觉贵得离谱,值吗?

  答:印度为了争夺地区主导权,不断扩充军力,大量采购新型武器装备,采购C-17这样的大型军用运输机也在情理之中。这不单单是钱的问题。众所周知,印度的很多铁路、公路等基础设施比较差,对大型军用运输机的需求非常迫切,而且C-17能在更短的跑道起飞,适应雪地、沙漠等环境,所以勒紧腰带也要买。


  问:C-17的“肚子”到底有多大,运输能力有多强?

  答:它能够运送坦克、步兵战车等大型装备,有效任务半径4000公里。举例说,一次飞行2小时,超过1000公里的航程。如果1天完成4次任务,一架C-17就可以将200多吨物资运送到1000公里外。10架C-17在1天时间就可以将印军1个山地步兵师投送到1000公里外。


  问:我们通常在媒体上看到的都是战斗机的风采,对运输机的战略地位还不太了解,应该怎么看?

  答:如果把普通战机比作“苍鹰”,军用运输机就是翱翔九天的“鲲鹏”,是战略投送能力的标志。它作为空中投送装备,可以不受地形、海洋的阻隔,灵活使用空运、空降和空投等多种方式,快速高效地将武装人员、装备和物资投送到指定的战场区域。特别是在现代战争中,作战范围明显扩大,远距机动用兵是常事;作战节奏明显加快,战场态势瞬息万变,战机稍纵即逝;物资、作战装备、给养等消耗急剧增大,对后勤支援保障的要求显着提高。军用运输机的大规模使用,能够大幅度提高军事力量的快速机动反应能力和持续保障能力。

  另外,军用运输机还是重要平台。现代战争中,预警机、加油机等特种飞机作用越来越重要,需求量很大,多由运输机改装而来。不仅周期短,很快能投入使用,并且效费比高。如俄罗斯用伊尔-76飞机为平台改型为A-50预警机、伊尔-78加油机、伊尔-76PP电子对抗飞机等多种特种飞机;美国用C-130飞机为平台研制了KC-130加油机、EC-l30指挥通信机、RC-130空中探测/侦察机、AC-130攻击机等多型特种飞机。

  可以说,军用运输机作为实现快速反应、远程机动的关键手段,作为后勤保障和持续支援的主要工具,能够大幅度提升军事力量的整体作战能力,成为影响和决定战争胜负的重要决定因素。尤其是大型军用运输机,是实现远程快速战略投送的支柱,是国家和军队空中战略投送力量中不可或缺的核心装备,成为体现综合国力和军事实力的重要标志。

  问:能不能结合一些实际的例子,直观地说说运输机的作用?

  答:军用运输机的作用,早在二战时期就已经开始表现出来。1942年,为打破日军对我国的地面封锁,保证抗战所需的大批物资的供应,美中两国组织了一支庞大的空中运输队,在中国、印度、缅甸3国之间开辟了着名的“驼峰航线”,粉碎了日军对中国实施大规模军事经济的封锁,稳定了亚洲战场,显示了军事空运对战争进程和结局的重大影响。

  1991年的海湾战争是现代高技术战争的一个典型代表,后勤保障中的高速度、高强度和高消耗是其重要特点之一。美军要在海湾完成兵力部署,人员和物资的运输是头等大事,从本土到海湾,海运需10多天,空运只用15个小时。当时,美国除使用全部现役空中战略运输力量外,还运用了空军后备队和国民警卫队的14个C-141、C-5中队。美国在宣布实施“沙漠盾牌”计划之后短短23天内,就将包括空降兵第82师、第24师和第101空中突击师在内的大约4万人的精锐部队空运到万里之外的沙特。整个战争期间,美军机动司令部投入500多架大型运输机,向海湾战场运送了44万多人的兵力和50余万吨作战物资,为赢得这场战争的胜利发挥了巨大作用。

  近些年,我国多次发生严重的自然灾害,我空军伊尔-76大型军用运输机频频紧急出动,在最短时间内将大量抢险救灾人员和物资运抵灾区,发挥了重要作用。前不久,巴基斯坦发生特大洪水,我国政府派出多架伊尔-76运输机,向巴基斯坦政府提供了紧急人道主义救灾物资。伊尔-76运输机在抢险救灾中的作用和价值,得到了高度肯定,也引起了社会大众的广泛关注。

  大型军用运输机的研制难度极大,但有实力的国家始终未曾停止研发的脚步。


  问:军用运输机战略价值这么大,印度为什么花巨资购买而不是自己研制呢?

  答:研制大型军用运输机,是一项难度非常大的工程,除研制大型客机所有的技术难度外,还受大量的更为苛刻的使用条件限制,如能在简易跑道上起降,在多种气象条件下使用等,涉及许多关键技术,不是仅仅有钱就行的,需要非常雄厚的工业基础。


  问:研制大型军用运输机,除了发动机的问题外,还有什么技术难点呢?

  答:发动机自然具有很高的技术门槛,有很多国家研制飞机,发动机都靠进口。但解决发动机问题也仅仅是第一步,还有很多技术难点需要克服。比如说,为保证飞机能够在土跑道、沙石跑道等简易机场起降,多轮多支柱起落架设计是关键;大型军用运输机由于载重量大,机翼、机身尺寸大,在结构强度设计上更是要精心考虑,这里面还涉及材料、工艺等诸多方面的能力。

  大型军用运输机的研制难度极大,但有实力的国家始终未曾停止研发的脚步。不仅美、俄等拥有强大空运力量的军事强国在积极发展新型军用运输机,世界上其他很多国家和地区,如欧洲、日本、印度等也都在积极谋求壮大自己的军事空运力量。


  问:能否简单介绍一下各国的研制情况?

  答:二战以后,美苏形成了自主研制多种军用运输机的能力,拥有世界上最强大的军事空运力量。美国研制了C-5、C-141、C-17等大型运输机和C-130等中型运输机;苏联研制了伊尔-76、安-22等大型运输机和安-12等中型运输机,乌克兰安东诺夫设计局还研制了安-124和安-225超大型军用运输机。其他国家的大中型军用运输机,多数都是从他们那里采购的。到目前为止,还基本维持着这种格局。

  但这种格局,很有可能在不远的将来被打破。从上世纪80年代开始,欧洲多国就联合研制“未来大型运输机”,这就是后来的A400M。乌克兰的安-70也经历了不少挫折,研制工作虽然有一些缓慢,但总体上还是向前推进的。日本的C-X也在今年初实现了首飞。此外,巴西在研制KC-390运输/加油机,印度和俄罗斯也开展了中型运输机MTA的联合研制。


  问:我国在这方面是不是也应有所作为?

  答:近两年的自然灾害,引发了更多人对我国空中战略投送能力建设的关注和思考。作为一个维护世界和平发展的负责任大国,我们应该拥有强大的空中战略投送力量,来维护我们的国家安全和日益拓展的国家利益,当国内和全球范围内发生包括自然灾害在内的重大突发事件时,能够快速有效地实施人道主义救援与维和活动。从这个意义上讲,我们必须大力提升战略投送能力,立足国内,大力突破关键技术,自主研发新一代军用运输机。

The initiatives to be completed over the next 12 months involve the cockpit, electrical system, aluminum-lithium specifications and customer service.
