Xi Jinping Could Make the Same Mistakes as Kaiser Wilhelm II

THAAD is terminal phase interception, not midcourse or boost phase. It's in the name: Terminal High Altitude Area Defense. THAAD never claims to be able to intercept ICBMs. Your own ad (lol at posting ads) states that it is for SRBMs and IRBMs.

They also can't deploy THAAD to Russia, and the path of Chinese ICBMs is over Russia (all ICBMs fly over the 50 km airspace limit thus do not violate Russian airspace) and the North Pole. Their ground based midcourse interceptor is located in Hawaii and Alaska, both far from the missile path and only with 44 interceptors total.
The most likely target for Chinese nukes is in Asia.

With Korea & Japan being the most likely target.

Also B-21 is coming in remember. If there's a Nuke war going on the US is going to be the winner.

No way. China nuclear arsenal is mostly targeting its adversary across the Pacific Ocean.

Not even India unless they are that reckless to fire first.

Unless these nations are so stupid as to allow USA to base their ballistic missiles in ttheir soil e.g. Australia.

There are only 5 mega thermonuclear superpowers in the world today and they are all UNSC permanent members.

What makes you say that? Asserting something without proof doesn't make it true. Such an assertion is against publically declared Chinese doctrine (no first use, only use against nuclear states) and 20 years of procurement patterns (mass production of ICBMs while IRBMs are moved to conventional missions).

How many of those ICBM have nuclear tip?

& Then come back to me.

The point of nukes is to always to use it on your immediate neighbor if war started.

To this the US have the advantages. Because it's right next door to china & they can park their nuclear arsenal anywhere in the region.

.
What their satellites can do is classified. Any golden eye SAT can destroy a missile at launch. Then there are classified EW weapons that can fry electronics, take control over guidance, or explode the missile at approach to target.

50 years of IP stealing by the US has a wide range of classified weapons.

lmao. lay off the James Bond movies.

There are no non-nuclear ICBMs in existence. Literally every single ICBM is used exclusively for nuclear or satellite launches (when reconfigured as a launch vehicle). The cost of using an ICBM to deliver any non-strategic payload is prohibitive since each ICBM costs $50-100 million USD minimum.

So you saying china have over 400 of nuke tipped warhead just laying around & ready to be used at a moment notice?

From wiki:
The U.S. Department of Defense 2013 report to Congress on China's military developments stated that the Chinese nuclear arsenal consists of 50–75 ICBMs, located in both land-based silos and Ballistic missile submarine platforms. In addition to the ICBMs, the report stated that China has approximately 1,100 short-range ballistic missiles, although it does not have the warhead capacity to equip them all with nuclear weapons.[38]

Notice the language of not able to fitting all of the SRBM with Nuke warhead.

Like I said Asia is the most likely target.

1. have you heard of MIRV? DF-5B has 3x-5x warheads, DF-41 has 10x warheads. Here are the missiles that were shown on parade alone: 16x DF-41, 16x DF-31, 4x DF-5B, 12x JL-2. This represents 160+16+12+12 = 200 warheads at minimum, and that's just what's on parade. This also already 48 ICBMs, which means that even your claimed upper limit of 75 ICBMs means that more than half the arsenal was on parade.

2. they don't have the latest information in the 2013 report, which was published before the October 2019 parade. Note that it is unlikely that the entire arsenal was on parade; it is already known that there are actually 48x JL-2 missiles in 4x 094 submarines.

And yes, indeed, that is how all nuclear forces work. Nukes are kept on alert and hidden in underground bases, submarines and airbases. Even North Korean nukes are ready for launch within minutes.

There is alot of thought that goes into nuclear war planning. It is much more complex than what people from non-nuclear nations think.

Am not sure what is there to boast about Nuke option... despite having largest stock pile of nuke weapons .. USSR accepted the out come.. comparing with USSR , china might improved some conventional capabilities... still US is war machine ... they have unparalleled fire power.. no matter how many D,J,H,Q videos you post... they Inducted F 22 decades ago.. If US or USSR behave recklessly , use their nukes.. There won't be human kind left on earth..

That's not the point, the point is that even US think that chinese nukes are likely going to be used on China's immediate neighbors. Considering that's also where the US bases are, where their armed forces are stationed at & as possible launch site for nuclear strike.

If you comparing nuclear arsenal then the US still have you beat by a thousand.

Where did US say that? Your assertion is wrong.

. .
It is implied in the text. The STRATCOM are not idiots they will not take the Chinese at their words.

There's more reasons for China to targets Asian Allies than not to.

There's no such implication and no reason for China to behave in a manner that best suits US interests rather than its own interests.

I dunno blowing up military bases & potential invasion point seems to be in the interest of china. Beside China's behavior lately just push India & indonesia to the US camp so I dunno 50-50 chances of china using their nukes on her neighbor.

That's sounds fair.

there's nowhere to invade China from. Mountain passes can be land mined and held with vastly inferior forces from India. Any other invasion will have to be either amphibious or fight through North Korea/Russia.
