They also can't deploy THAAD to Russia, and the path of Chinese ICBMs is over Russia (all ICBMs fly over the 50 km airspace limit thus do not violate Russian airspace) and the North Pole. What their satellites can do is classified. Any golden eye SAT can destroy a missile at launch. Then there are classified EW weapons that can fry electronics, take control over guidance, or explode the missile at approach to target.
