I dont need to mention how WE pakistanis treat afghani immigrants nowadays. No one likes illegal immigrants as they are easy recruits for illegal activities. Secondly turks are no saints they are as much racist as afghans who bathe in long lost glory of previous empires. These immigrants are the main reason why some parts of the Turkish society are becoming less friendly towards Pakistan. 30k Pakistani are entering Turkey every year illegally! Some of them are most definitely Afghani.

Turkey is of course within full rights to expel illegal migrants entering its territory as the human smuggling business is inherently violent and criminal. It also brings further instability to the country.

Exactly. I'd like to add that deporting Pakistani doesn't decrease the value of our relationship. People forget that 4 million refugees are living in Turkey already. Sending back 100 doesn't change anything in our overall refugee policy. But we can't treat Pakistani the same way we're treating the Syrians for obvious reasons. The Syrians have literally nothing while Pakistani refugees are coming for economical reasons. Plus, we're under pressure from the EU which is our main trading partner.

There's also another important issue here. India will try to kick millions of Indian Muslims out the country. They most definitely will try to send them to Pakistan or Bangladesh.

But Pakistan has every right to refuse them even though they are Muslim and part of the South Asian Muslim culture.

No one would willingly accept millions and millions of refugees. It's simply not manageable for countries like Pakistan and Turkey.

Barring a very small minority i doubt any Pakistani thinks Turkey deporting illegal migrants will belittle our relationship so no issues there. Cases of successful illegal migrations leads to a further increase in the popularity of human smuggling which means more money for criminal gangs. Pakistani smugglers use extortion, violence and blackmail against fellow Pakistani so why should their Iranian or Turkish counterparts be any different (this part is in regards to the broken bones).

The guy is absolutely right. There is no problem arresting and holding people, but these injuries are not consistent with normal behaviour by the authorities. I guess because this is done by our friends the Turks, this forum is ok with it.

1- Turkey wants to carve out a new Islamic block with themselves at centre rather than Saudis.
2- Perhaps we forgot Karkaray rental ship where they tried to extort 6 billion dollars from us. We still dont know what commitments we had to make to get rid of that fine imposed on us.
3- As for Xinjiang Turks dont give a rats *** for Ugyrs it is all for domestic politics.
4- Pakistan will never forgo its relations with GCC. GCC has lot of religious clout in Pakistan with enough Mullahs on their payroll to wreck havoc in Pakistan. Saudis still finance most of Madrissas on Pakistan and they dont do it for charity.
