Lol, Type 42 had no air cover, and during that period, detection and engagement of low level aircraft was difficult. Argentinians brought them to so much of their senses, that they ended up losing a war against an enemy that had to travel thousands of miles. Relying on 3 aircraft carriers for air support against Argentinian Air Force, further proving that Carriers are not useless even against an enemy that can fight back.
