It's not just a matter of time, it's a matter of values a society chooses, values that get established through individual and then communal initiative. Wiping out the Taliban won't bring back the Golden Age when Pakistan coasted on the roadbed of colonialism, fueled by foreign aid, if the values that buried that road remain.

The British and their offshoots thrived because individuals took responsibility for good government. Good government comes from not just sensitivity to the people (any half-brained dictator has that) but accurate perception of people's difficulties and a willingness to work to solve them. How can that happen if you're willing to lie back and do nothing, blaming the Americans, Israelis, or Indians for every failing?

Well said! He lived and would have lived just as a Human, a Pakistani and as a Muslim. He would not have given thought to being Shia or Sunni such was the greatness of this man.

Did Jinnah bother about being Shia or Sunni ?

He possibly was educated enough to realise that it didnt matter.

Mr doesn't matter weather Jinah was a shia or not as Muslims we have to follow orders of ALLAH and his PROPHET SAW and establish Islamic System weather some other leader likes it or not doesn't matter in Islam
