Would an Anza version AN/TWQ-1 Avenger be an effective SHORAD system for Pakistan?

The AN/TWQ Avenger is a short-range air defense system that was produced by the USA. It fires 8 FIM-8 MANPADS towards an aerial target. It uses an infrared camera, and is also armed with one .50 cal M2 Browning. My idea is this, arm a vehicle like the UAE Nimr which is light, and fast with 8 Anza Mk3s for SHORAD. This is the Hafeet 6x6, if Pakistan and the UAE did a JV this could be a successful SHORAD program for export as well as for Pakistan. My preposition is this, take off the cab near the two back wheels and add two pods of 4 Anza's as well as a place where the operator could sit in the middle and lock on and fire the missiles.

Nimr 6x6 armed with Mistrals and a machine gun.

The operator sits in the middle and the system is motorized to allow full traverse.

I think a system like this could for example engage Indian low flying jet which I don't think is an Su-30 due to lack of canards but it also could be other aircraft. They don't look like they are flying over a few thousand meters so able to engage any aircraft flying that low.

Already have a similar system (with dual launchers) mounted on a M-113 chassis
We do? Or is it the maaz mouz series akin to the RBS70 equipped ones ? I was always under the thought they were just single launchers placed on the m113 dabbas,

Anza Mk-3 doesn't exist.

Couldn't proceed as Anza Mk-1 (HN-5) was phased out.

1× RBS-70 launcher on jeeps and APCs.

Shoulder-fired QW-18 also inducted by Army Air Defence.
