Gentlemen in simple english
a) Increase in fuselage means more power : weight ratio, Mach number increases do your math.
b) Centre of Gravity needs to be Calibrated once again, this means Back to Wind-Tunnel
c) Be Happy - More Electricity means AESA power Hungry monster will come in easy
d) Increase in Drag
e) Cowlings need to be re-designed as New engine will need more O2
F) Landing Gear needs to be seated again, weight centres need to be calculated.
g) This means Fuel pipe needs to be extended, this means fuel pumps need to be tested again....
h) Wiring for All avionics needs to be checked again.
i) This means Quatraplex FBW system goes for Toss and needs to be Tested once again for increased Hydraulics....

hi
good breakdown
most of what you say is true to an extent
just some points i like to expand/ammend
a) an increase in fusalage lenght does not increase the thrust to weight ratio. its the opposite as the increase in lenght means adding more weight thus reducing the thrust to weight. but the increase in power by the new ge-f414 engine would increase the thrust to weight. providing the extention does not add to much weight.
b) calculating the centre of garvity does not require a trip to the wind tunnel. wind tunnels are used to identyfy the aerodynamic makeup of the jet.
c) wrong aesa radars are more effecient than phased array radars. to put it simply aesas have less cells and because each cell is unique it means less is required.
below is a gripen which is fitted with a raven aesa radar. note how its noticably smaller then convention radars and that its fitted on a arm allowing it to move. but some aesa radars are not fitted to an arm. like the rafale.
d) ok you can have that one.
e) well it is getting abigger engine so bigger intakes will be required. i read that dassault will be giving some tech and help and it just so happes that air intakes designs are on the list so yeh, if it french its good. hopefully with any luck they put twin s duct on them as the current y config is old and sort of obsolete. as shown below
f) makes sense, and lets hope they dont have another mishap with the landing gears.

g) well wrong. it needs a bigger pump to feed the bigger engine
India to obtain 99 GE F414 engines for Tejas Mk II
h) does not make sense elaborate please "Wiring for All avionics needs to be checked again."
i) wrong, the tejas is flyby wire.
