In what terms best fighter aircraft? Conventionally, Su-35BM outstrips any other fighter in technology at least on paper so far. Eurofighter's good point against this is only its supercruise. AESA is being developed by both EADS and Russians and will be out soon.

While Raptor has yet to be tested how much it lives upto its lethal name. F-35 is nowhere on the scene and the only advantages it shows is semi-stealth and powerful radar.

PAKFA/FGFA are still not operational so we don't know as of yet though its specs on paper seem promising. The same goes for AMCA which has only recently won approval from central government and IAF. J-XX is so secretive that nothing has been known or shown so far except some fanboy PS pics.

Now in terms of usage, F-16 and F-15s take the cup thanks to NATO's frequent involvement world around and also valuable contributions from Israelis and Pakistanis.
