So if Muslims don't like something of other religion..they can do whatever they want.......break their idols/burn their temples and Churches...all is fine...but if France ban veil, India bans Cow slaughter, Austria bans head-scarf...Muslim start playing minority/victim card and hell break loose. I never said that it's okay to burn down places of worship or hurting someone just because he doesn't belong to Islam! I don't have this victim mentality, Muslims should grow a spine in the west and stop this "Hug-me-I-am-a-Muslim"-Mentality. But you do know that the West and the Muslims have a history. Islam challenges the world and we don't like to be forced to assimilate. Our message is too strong so it's naturally that somebody tries to stop us. But as the British tried to supress Islam in India (they failed btw), so all this action will not lead to a decline of Muslims in the West. The king of kings tolerates idol-worship in his universe but he will never tolerate injustice!

2. You can refer to History in Oxford, Cambridge etc.....If Muslims cannot tolerate idol in 21st century, can't you imagine what they would have done in Medieval times that too when they were the rulers....so you first stop closing eyes from realities of the past.

Point is that Muslims on this board are so busy pleasing whites, liberals, hindus ect., that they forget that their main goal in life is to please Allah swt.

Something I also miss sometimes. Our state of mind is always busy to think whether a White men or Hindu or liberal or what ever would appreciate us if we do or say this or that. These statues are same as the statue of liberty keychains you can buy at dollar stores (former will be expensive). Nobody sees these idols as some sacred thing. But her action is in poor taste and petty. And gives out an odd message, which Muslims themselves have explained in the thread. I don't care even if Beef was placed on these statues, (except that too will be viewed in a poor taste) it's a statue before it was plaster of Paris just someone shaped it into a statue. The idea of "idol worship" is slightly different here than the old ME pagans.

In almost all case, the allegations turned out to be false as the buffalo being transported was for use in dairy.

I don't agree with this, not on at all. It's actually against our faith to do this i.e. you can't even abuse other faiths let alone damage things sacred to them.

Societies degenerate in different ways in the West you have 3902309 genders and spoiled teens praising socialism and on our side of the world you have misogny, family dictatorships, infighting and a general toxic environment for education and business. C. My take on religion is that it is a "belief"... if I believe Ghost exists, they do,..... If I believe I am superior, I become...If I think only my religion is superior, It may be for me.......but all these still are believes...may not be Facts. Cow slaughter is banned in some states through and through. It's simple. Eating cow is not a religious obligation, you can eat bull, buffalo, and whatever that has four legs and legal to slaughter, because it's illegal, it comes with a certain monetary gain if you can actually get the meat, and lack of police enforcement leads to vigilantism. To put it simply, it's a law and order issue and you don't even have to be a Muslim to get caught up in this.

Now, coming to my sensitivities, I live in a Southern state where it's legal to slaughter anything. I do not have a problem watching people eat cow meat, but that's just me.

Yes but to others it's the living persona of God/Gods or an avatar. They care for idols, dress them and feed them. It's wrong to destroy things held sacred by people.

Well, I don't speak for everyone. If you are gonna do something that's religiously insensitive at least one person will be offended. But yes, it's wrong to destroy these idols thereby creating this hoopla.

Alcohol, prositution are sins that Allah will forgive.
But Allah doesn't forgive Shirk. And that's clear.
There are many accounts where Sahaba drank wine or did fornication(and thus were given death penalties). But there is not a single account of idol worship.
