Mandhana should have tried to bat herself in instead of going for a duck. It was the worst thing she could have done at the start of Indias innings especially after her last 2 matches.
Kaur has a severe shoulder injury and could not swing the bat with ease.
The captain's run out where she seemed totally disinterested in making her ground IS NOT COOL. Mithali Raj should bear some blame here as that was appalling and lead to that final panic.
This was very gettable but for the unprofessional disarray in the last few overs while england remained focused. This cost the match.

It was 19 seconds (so they say) the limit is 15 seconds but I share your disquiet about the umpires alacrity in refusing DRS.
However ball tracking shows nearly half the ball hitting the wicket. It was on SKY.
