Anyway, as I said I'm not blaming any foreign country, be it Pakistan, U.S, U.K, India etc etc. Every country is after their national interests first and foremost. It's after the host country and its leaders to know how to protect their country, establish an equitable system for its citizens and provide for their own people. Countries whose leaders and public can't do that have only themselves to blame, not foreign powers. Any country and its people can change their country for the best if they are really committed and focus on doing so.
South Korea, China(post Mao) , Japan/Germany after WWII, even African countries like Rwanda who went through a genocide but it's now one of the most fastest and increasingly prosperous/least corrupt country on the continent etc etc.
Blaming foreign countries for you own failures is the easiest way to justify not doing anything and asking oneself feel better.

NATO invaded not for improving human rights but ostensibly to capture OBL and fight terror. Really it was about destabilising the region and containing Chinese and Russian interests.
