The truth is, Kochi would be having a Metro regardless of who's in power when it was started, completed, or otherwise. Once a city grows big enough, it requires a Metro - that's just the natural path of urban development. Even if the communists were in power, it would have still happened.
So I'd ask both the congress & BJP-backers to back off - politicians don't build any metros. They just sign on the dotted line. Whoever is in power when the papers come up, happens to do the signature. That's all.
Although it is the capital, Trivandrum is a small city with very good transportation system pre-existing. The UA is small and even places like Malappuram has a bigger UA and richer economy. I believe Kozhikode should get light metro project as it is an old city, the central of Malabar region. The richie rich are all in the Kochi-Kasaragode belt.Next step getting Kozhikode and Trivadrum, their metros.
Jawarlal Nehru stadium os also in cochin What's your point? The High Court of Kerala is in Kochi and not in Trivandrum.
logic behind allowing Rajasekharan, who is not even a panchayat ward member, to travel with Modi.

Is there any rule that HC has to be in capital city?Stadium can be anywhere.
Are there any "set rules" for any stadium to be in the capital only?
Why is the SC in Delhi and not in Kochi?
Your question is unintelligent which should have been ignored.
