With Hurriyat invite, Pakistan challenges India’s ‘red lines’

. .
I believe in crossing Indian "red-lines" to meet our people, that just needs an ancient technology called "invitation".

Your invitation means nothing if the Indian government does not acquiesce. Again, do you believe in teleportation?

He does not understand... anyways!

That I know. He once wrote that he wanted his son to grow up and participate in Ghazwa-e-Hind......:)

NO NO NO NO I DON'T BELIEVE IN TELEPORTATION. What a genius point you've made for the second time.. i'm going to stay depressed for the rest of my day!

and you think you control Kashmirs? --.. @# EHmm! Right!

.
Kashmir residents are part of Pakistan , of course they will be invited to any event in Pakistan

Kashmiris who wish to come to Delhi to meet inside of the Pakistani High Commission? Especially, those chaps who go everywhere with police protection? You bet we control that. As for your depression, well that's understandable.

  • If we are complaining about crossing read lines, then sure we will be depressed.
  • Also if we have lost something by meeting Kashmiris, sure we will be depressed.
  • If Pakistan is looking to keep the word of Kashmir hidden from the world, sure we will be depressed.
  • If Pakistan has fear of loosing Kashmir then sure, we will be depressed.
So you make pretty good sense here and I had agreed with you if it was true. But guess what?

If after all this grandstanding, you still don't get the part of Kashmir India has, depression might come naturally. If it isn't already embedded. You keep patting yourself on the back imagining you have crossed some "red line" while we simply do what we want. You chaps have fallen down so deep that this is now your only definition of victory.

From:
We will seize the Indian Part of Kashmir....

to,
Kashmir is the core issue & we will only discuss that...

to,
Okay, okay, we will cross some "red line".........

Bat badal li apnay? Thora khary to hotay.

We are getting Indian occupied part of Kashmir and this all development is giving India fits. You are forgetting its India who's talking bout its red lines being crossed. I never thought I would need to remind you that.

Kashmiris are doing their job well.. and its actually better if you keep clapping and saying it to yourself "sirf red-line hi to cross hue hay". Turst me, I will be happier if you are happy with that.

Modi/BJP certainly need to shore up waning domestic support and access through Pakistan for Afgan/CIS trade, hence drumming up terrorist charges is the need of the hour for them.

Whereas, Pakistan need to woo Kashmiris back after Ufa slip up and show that India is also in violation of UNSC resolutions on Kashmir. Therefore invitation to Kashmiri leader to meet Sartaj Aziz.

Cancelling the NSA meeting serve no party and I dont think it will happen just because Kashmiri leaders are invited. Pakistan has a strong case to raise LoC and working boundary violations which is also UN ceasefire procedure violations by India. Ban Ki Moon waking up from his slumber and issued statement for restrain on LoC which shows that this issue is on UN radar specially after UN inspectors based in Islamabad visiting Sialkot and confirming Pak view of Indian unprovoked violations.

After India released Samjhutha Express perpetrators, it actually compromised its position on Dawah leader and Mumbai attack. Modi government has lost its leverage on painfully built terrorism case against Pakistan and Congress is quite rightly upset seeing all its efforts going down the Modi drain-plomacy.

In the end India wants unrestricted access to Afghanistan for trade and Pakistan wants status-quo on Kashmir to break. The outcome of NSA meeting would be Pak asking India to stop border skirmishes and do not interfere in Baluchistan. Indian side of the story is well known to all.

We can always pull a Chanakya and perhaps a better one but only if our politicians had guts to do so. Lets see how a seething doval or modi will react to it.

@fakhre mirpur @Gufi

Meeting with hurriyat arranged after talks are done with doval thing.

Difference brtween pakitsani and indian stance on kashmir had always been this. Pakistan always said it will involve ppl of the region in talks and decision will be made per their choice whilst india always screamed that j and k is all mine.

The question is who represents Kashmiris?

The ones who are democratically elected or the ones who are funded by pakistan and supporters of militancy?

if that were the case (which it isnt) they wouldnt have desperately waged media blackout - and in the case of August 14 every year - a curfew and bandh to prevent Kashmiri nationalists from waving the Pakistan flag (as they just did this year)

Difference is Kashmiris are either pro Pakistan or pro independence completely but very few if any are actually pro endia

(this is where the endians will come here and say we dont care about the people, just the land - as if that's how things work in bilteral disputes such as these lol)

U are the only person on this site whose comments on kashmir and jammu give me a sense of confidence and solace. And that is mainly because they are coming from a soldier.

Brilliant Move By Pakistan.... BJP Govt has to pay now for the uncalled for bilatral meet initiatives it took....No matter if the NSA meet happens or not, it would relect poorly on India.....

It's absolutely an mistake to engage Pakistan diplomatically at this point of-time, and Pakistan just proved it....

If Doval goes ahead with this meet, India's previous stand will nullified, and eager modi-phobic media will jump on this. If he does cancel the talks, it would be a wast of diplomatic effort... both scenarios India looses.

There should be no talks at this point of time and further attempts for rapprochement for the next 3 years.
