Windows Internet Explorer 9

Arey try it!

I tried it buddy and telling you by my personal experience. Not everything can be measured by numbers that you see in these tests. On top of it a number of my intranet applications are not compatible with IE9, so have to keep reverting to Chrome or FF4 for them.

On top of that IE does not give much power to the user to use the extensions which are widely available for FF and Chrome. These days I can hardly think of a browser without using the wonderful extensions from the user community.

Windows doesn't suk or Linux fro that matter.. Windows does most of the work for u; Linux on the other hand is an open sourced OS/Tool for modular methodologies in development.
Windows has better marketing is more media optimized....it all boils down to ur preferences ...a serious gamers goes for Windows on the other hand a serious Corp* goes for Linux as its more secure(in general theoretical terms) due to scarcity of the particular source code in use for the malware/Virus/Injectors developers to work on simultaneously anywhere they are.
Windows 7 is the most secure of OS as of now but is too expensive for Corp* mass utilization

I can't see too many non-software developers liking any version of Linux. You have to do too much work through command line terminal and non-software developers hate the idea of command line, and perhaps don't even understand it. Software developers love the idea of using command line terminal - they know what it is about. Completely different mindset. On top of that it's not as visually appealing as Windows, which is very important when you want your software to appeal to the non-software development market. Hence you see pretty much no end-users who are not into software development using these OS.

Even Devs dont use Linux..Most of us are pretty familiar with the popular dos command/ file-structure and didn't bother learning Linux and quit using it after 1st sem in college.
Linux is Free ,Virus free and low operational costs..... it is as good as Windows, minus the optimizations for popular hardware(all about Microsoft Marketing)...and has oh so many stability issues with newer apps plagued with crashes. As most of the stuff is free the debugging and patching/maintenance is free if u kno what i mean.

there are many versions of Linux tht are more user friendly and don't require command line but still not what i need .I usually prefer to do low lvl Dev / and don't see any advantage of using Linux over Windows...on top of that if im doing VB;Java and 3d Max i can't see Linux improving Rendering and Post-processing as its not optimized for my GPU. 7 turns out to be faster in these aspects.
