These are based on Linux, Others are MAC & Chromebook which i do not want to recommend as there is no privacy like Windows 10, Search google before clean install..

Kubuntu or Chakra or any other KDE based Linux distro would be my recommendation. KDE is infinitely customizable, and if you have an aesthetic sense you can make your desktop look beautiful, if that is important to you. If your priorities are different, yet again, Linux based OSes would win hands down over Windows or OsX.

Since 2010 or so, Linux based operating systems have been far superior to their closed source counterparts in every regard - from ease of use to customizability to privacy to security to...well, you name it.

There was a time when Linux based OSes were technically superior to Windows or OSX, but difficult for the non-geeks to use. But that is no longer the case.

Nice of you to bring this up. I have tried the Windows series, MacOSX series, and Ubuntu operating systems. The first two I still operate on my Dell Laptop & MacBook Pro, respectively. There was a time when I would vehemently argue in favour of MacOSX but not now. Windows 10 is pretty good, perhaps the best Windows yet IMO. I didn't try Ubuntu extensively but enough to realise it wasn't for me. Don't know how good or bad other Linux based Operating Systems are.
