Islamic scholars were part of the court case and they said that 3T is not part of Islam. Even Pakistani Scholars have said the same. That is why it is banned in Pakistan

Well Mullahs say anything and everything for money. Pakistan is not India. If Muslims of India wanted Pakistani interpretation they would have migrated to Pakistan.

If one community has suicide prevalence the same as general population (or even lower than them)....why are they focused on over the general population?...given there are clearly general things going on above and beyond farmer distress. Its vote bank electioneering in the end....to stoke up anti-incumbency (given farmers form voting blocs arguably more than any other section of population). All political parties do this....just depends if they are in power or not. But the issue should be suicide period, not just farmer suicide. How many non-farmers commited suicide in the same period you quote? Tell me that first. Tell me if there is even ONE article on it.

1 If govt is providing everything for free - free healthcare, free education, free food what is the incentive for anyone to work? Ghar baithe baithe sab mil jaata hai

2 How exactly is the govt going to pay for all these "free services"? If no one is willing to work the tax collection will be down. If you print more money the inflation will skyrocket (This has happened in almost all socialist countries) If you sell your natural resources like Oil at some time they will deplete. And what about countries which do not have these resources?

No it doesn't; but if you would know, much of these decisions also happen due to impulsive attitude or being in some form of strong emotion such as anger or sadness or even ego. Given today's instagram culture and the increasing number of divorces due to difficulty in adjusting with each other, instant divorce will lead to an instant breakdown of the society.

The three months, often give time for the couple to contemplate and in fact, many marriages are saved when the two involved think through their decision with a cool mind.

You must also realise that the 'instant divorce' (Triple Talaq here) is usually not with mutual consent in this case and the woman hardly has any say, particularly in triple talaq. As a simple Google search might show you online, numerous pending cases, especially those in illiterate and semi-literate strata of the society are a major challenge. In a community where polygamy is allowed and so is rapid divorce, much of the voice of women goes suppressed. That, is simply unacceptable.

Marriage is a contract in Islam. If a girl gets into a wrong contract with eyes shut, then you cannot blame the boy.

There is absolutely no justification to 'using' a woman and then throwing her away just because of a mood swing.

That is just your assumption. But even if that was to be true, the girl is better off without the boy.

Triple Talaq is uncivilized and reduces women to nothing more than a commodity; something unfathomable in today's society. Period.

How? I do not see any difference between triple talaq and talaq.

The law against Triple Talaq is a good law and is as per the Islamic principals. It will be sad if new Indian govt scrap that law
