I don't see any indication of this being suggested, as Pakistan's role so far is mainly of facilitator and putting the right pressure on Taliban to come to a reasonable. I can assure you that Pakistan is playing its hand very well thus far, and it is likely to do so too. Well played. And yes, it is just the USA/West that will be off limits.

Whether they manage an agreement with the talibs or not. They are going to get out. The peace agreement is just a way for Trump to save face, he and his establishment knows the US has to at least make it seem as if it 'succeeded' in Afghanistan. A peace agreement with taliban and making the taliban say they wont allow afghan territory to be used against USA is exactly that.
