There is an easy solution to be had and you and the pdf administration don't need the Government of India to do it. Block the website's accessibility in India and cap all IPs from India. That would remove 80% of Indians on this forum.

In civilised world, the term is, if you can't beat them, then join them but Indians survive with the mindset, if you can't beat them, then just insult them.
Seriously sometimes you wonder what makes these Indians tick.....visit any of their forums and it's like a litter of Piglets rolling in mud but when they are on PDF.....they act as if they are the master race who can train Israelis how to fight and teach America how to build aircraft.
