Will not roll back nuclear programme even if debts swell to $100 trillion: Dar

.
Ishaq Dar is the most intelligent person on this planet .

.
That doesn't literally mean Pakistan's debt will swell to a 100 trillion. It's nothing more than political talk to show commitment to the program. Even Indian politicians make ridiculous and inflammatory statements all the time.

Really, this isn't news.
--
What should be news is that Fazlur rehman hasn't been arrested and tried for treason yet, for supporting the murder and murderer of a government official.

I seriously can't believe that no one is talking about this. Also, the desolation of the CII should also be considered.

Reminds me of the quote of Mr.Bhutto 'We will eat grass but build the bomb'.

Now they are saying that ''we will sell our country but we will keep building more bombs''.

What has Pakistan achieved after attaining the bomb??? Just the title "atomic kuvath" but has not been able to deter anyone.

.
Both India and Pakistan does not have Guts to use those Nuclear Weapons.....Both nation SUCKZZZZ ultimately People are Sufferers bcoz of this spending spree

.
Nobody will even give $100 trillion as debt to Pakistan. Even,I don't think the GDP of the whole world has crossed $100 trillion. Dar meant it figuratively, but you cannot miss his intent and where his objectives lie
May be in Pakistani Rupees:lol::lol:

“We will not roll back our nuclear programme even if our debts swell to $100 trillion”

What a strange boast. Because if Pakistan's debts did swell that high it could certainly afford it's nuclear program! It's the contraction of debt that could pose a financial threat, not the expansion.

.
Nukes are only meant as a deterrent not an actual component in military operations. That is why it is important to keep them away from tactical commanders.

Anyway what I am trying to say is that the "number" of nukes Pakistan will have beyond the threshold of MAD is dependant on the eventual gains it accrues when the times comes for roll back. In other words the large number of nukes serves as an important bargaining chip.

The other thing is that 350 number is arbitrary - Pakistan does not have to destroy every single inch of India, it has to destroy enough so that India cannot exist independently as a country and it's major population centres are destroyed. Keeping this in mind and the average yield of strategic nukes - I think One hundred is more than enough. India has stopped growing it's arsenal after reaching a similar number because it believes that the number is sufficient enough a deterrent for China as well as Pakistan (Land and Population much much bigger than India)
Man, I wish you can see What's happened after Japan was nuked.
Watch RT Russia's documentary on after effects of nuke- bombings.
Let's make a nuke free world and I wish India also gives up its nukes follwrd by Pakistan, USA,Russia etc :)

.
@ito , get the indian establishment/government to talk of ending its own nuclear weapons program and then you will have the moral authority to talk about pakistan's program. :)

sadly, you have created a troll thread.

absolutely, i don't see why any country would want nuclear weapons, and to encourage global nuclear disarmament the big-5 must start with this.

Bearing in mind that india now has land, sea and air based nuke delivery systems, I firmly believe that Pakistan must also develop these capabilities too in order to continue to ensure MAD. Also bearing in mind that india has a massive conventional military capability vis-a-vis Pakistan, the only way to negate, nullify and make this superiority meaningless is through nuclear weapons. Pakistan as a minimum needs approximately 2000 nuclear weapons with land, sea and air delivery systems capabilities that include high yield nukes, thermonuclear weapons and H-bombs. From our POV, the Indians need to know that any war with Pakistan would result in the permanent destruction and annihilation of their nation. Pakistan badly NEEDS the ability to wipe india off the face of the planet.

If I were in the government, I would roll backed the nuclear weapons. They are not just some weapons of war, but are threat to the very existence of human race

Indians aside, the consequences of Pakistan not having nukes would be FAR MORE catastrophic than having a debt of $100 trillion. Least we be weak and at the mercy of murderous nations. Just ask the Iraqis, they will attest to this. RIP the millions of innocent Iraqi brothers and sisters who lost their lives between 2003-2012 at the hands of the murderous and blood thirsty americans.

And who are you to give out morality certificates?

A guy who supports a Libyan dictator who used to personally torture and kill little boys? You can keep your certificate. :)

I think I agree with you. Without nukes the country might well be forced to implode by aggressors....but the other side to ask is ...have the nukes also given your leadership a carte Blanche to behave in ways they would not otherwise have? I mean has it allowed some sections to behave in ways that in the long term has been bad for Pakistan? Just a thought?

.
Makes you wonder what sort of lunatics are incharge of Pakistan. These bloody economic hit men run nations dry from within. Are you going to pay all this debt Mr Dar that you are so rapidly increasing over the shoulders of this nation? What will happen if we are unable to pay the repayments on interest of this ever increasing debt? Those who are giving you the money are just waiting for such time and you default, they can ask for anything or everything in return including our nuke program.
