The migrants from Uttar Pradesh and Bengal shows their standards. Even if they are given flats and asked to move on they will still live in slums and rent out the flats/apartments. That is their mentality. Like Rahul ji said, "poverty is just a state of mind". Unless, these people changes to a higher level, they are dragged back to the slum culture.

Then fine those who rent out their flats from the city, ban them from working in Mumbai. Boundaries have to be set and rules have to be enforced.

Yes that will definitely happen. We were leading economy for 17 centuries out of 20 and history will repeat itself. We have good wishes of Pakistani friends with us so it will certainly happen.
