China has not ruled out joining the Russian-Syrian effort to strike at Islamic State (IS) targets in Syria.

China still has massive vested interests in Syria, oil fields & refineries in particular. However since the military target is against IS, it's only a low-intensity warfare, there is no need for any involvement of major scale when Russian-Syrian regular forces are more than capable of doing the job.

For the time being, fair level of involvement would be sending advisers or observers to assist Russian-Syrian regulars in dealing with terrorist cells associated with China, say ETIM. Some materials, logistical or information/intelligence (e.g. satellite images, scout UAV) support could be delivered on request. The maximum level, upon strong request from Russia-Syria, would be cruise missile launched from the Mediterranean sea (where China-Russia hold naval drill in May 2015), and armed UAV. However I don't see any chance of manned aircraft in Syrian airspace, nor boots (regulars) on the ground.

I believe Putin and Xi maintain good communications on this war since very early. Wish all sides try to contain it at current level and not escalate, otherwise it could be unimaginable.

The ISIS is just a smokescreen for world powers to fight a real proxy war in Syria. This we understand too well. Nobody knows our position with the Syria crisis. Everyone assumes we favor Assad regime over West back rebel but that is again, an assumption. We are only interest in doing business and either side can be business partner after the post-war Syria. For now, we will remain cautious and protect our vital interest against terrorist groups. To participate in a proxy war between Assad vs Pro-west Rebel, it requires an immediate hostile response by the West to us. When I said the West, I mean US + Western Europe. We have good relation, I say potential strategic partner with West EU, but clearly the US is an obstacle. So that's why the hostile relation is 50/50 with the West. When it reaches 70/30 negative, that's when we will enter the war on Russia side. In the meantime, keep speculating on our action. May gods bless all the experts. LOLLOL

An advise to all is to ditch whatever US dollar in your hand to RMB. I am warning you all that a steep drop in USD dollar is coming in the next 6months. No joke and I am doing that now. And I am waiting for USD to drop before beginning my buying spree in US.

US capital are moving to EU. This is also why recent British friendly to us. Britain has always been a bridge between EU and the US. If the NEW EU is born, it will lose its value and be marginalized. Britain now want to act as a bridge between NEW EU and China. But in the process, Germany needs to sacrifice their own interests to NEW EU. US capital has recently been to make trouble to Germany. It want to force Merkel to agree to increase the QE. The European Central Bank has been the US capital‘s control. France joined the Syria war to prepare for the Oil Euro. The US is abandoned by the jewish capital. They don't want to pay off debts to the American. In short, the world is becoming more and more interesting.

Russia is doing exactly that, and China obviously welcomes and supports the Russian action. The only way China is going to get involved is if Syria is inducted into SCO, and that it requests assistance from the organization.
