Islam encourages Marry but if she don't want to marry and her father and her brothers are also not alive than she can make all of his decisions on her own even though but should be according to Quran and Sunnah
Yes Sir Islam allows 4 wives before Islam their was no limit but ALLAH said in the Quran a man can have 4 wives if he can do justice and justice in that he provides same quality food clothes and spent equal time with each of them but if he can't do that he should only marry one and yes a man can have 4 wives and by the way in whole world women are far more than Man because medically when child is born girls have more power to fight germs than boys so they survive more than boys and in whole world Man dies at young age more than women in wars and other times to number also increases
3 out of 4 men would die in industrial and travel accidents and battle. There's always more women in a society that's on a civilisational ascent. Too, woman aren't meant to go out and toil foor putting food on the table when society's got a man that could do the job.
