1.They can hide if they acquire new laser nuke tech and have the right to enrich uranium in their soil like VN (but they dont have that right)

US cannot stop very thing. They donot stop Pakistan and India. If VN has so much willing to have a nuke, however, the road to a nuke may be still far away. For a reliable nuke system they have to test, yes, have to. If the nuke is failed, that will be a greaaaaaaaaaaaat problem.

Just like China gave some nuke to Pakistan, US give Vn the right to enrich uranium (mean can make nuke in emergency case) to prove that they put their trust on VN in containing China.

We got 11kg of 36% HEU -enough to make one dirty bomb during Cold war, and no one (including China) give a damn care to our 36% HEU. So, what is the problem when we make 11kg of 36% HEU again ???
