pakistan playing the victim card

Why post this? Why make an attempt to troll on here? It amazes me that people like you come on here to put a low value post of this nature on a thread like this? Does it give you pleasure to have a cheap shot at out patriotism? Do you realize its people like you that gives us the drive and passion to be proud, to be VERY proud of what our forefathers did for us in creating Pakistan? We are full of happiness not to be part of a nation that has the mindset of people like you. I would suggest stop trying to derail the thread and show some respect - if not for us then yourself and stop posting low quality nonsense.

Given our demographic advantage and hardworking population never corrupted by socialist or communist influences, we could have been equivalent of Singapore, Malaysia or at least Dubai or asia very easily.

And to compare during the same time duration:

A super power was completely detroyed from its zenith to ruble: Soviet Union

Two coutries saw total anhilation twice: Iraq and Afganistan.

Two of the world largest Muslim countries were broken into two: Indonesia and Sudan.

True & would have been certainly within the realm of probability. While your choices are your own to make, Pakistan is probably the one country that has made (or more accurately, its leaders made) decisions that hinder the chance to be out front in the sun. The decisions made were on emotional grounds, not on rational, economic grounds. Pakistan's position between the Middle East & India/China made it an almost certain winner on purely economic grounds. After the end of the cold war, Pakistan would have been in an even more advantageous position due to proximity with CAR countries.Iran being an energy competitor would not have been the preferred choice for any trade, especially in energy for CAR countries. Pakistan would have been the centre of economic growth being able to enable trade between CAR/Russia to India/China. Would also have been a source for energy even for the U.S.( as an alternative to ME oil) which would have enabled Pakistani port cities to develop.

Sadly, it didn't happen & now events have long overtaken us.

we love you Pakistan no matter what it takes ......................
Without Pakistan we have no identity , no home ..... Aj hum ju b hain Pakistan ki waja say hain Pakistan nai tu hum b nai

PAKISTAN ZINDABAD :pakistan:

Looks like you aren't left with much to brag about. So leave it.;)

No sir never bragged about anything.Although I agree that I got Carried away a lil while posting responses.

All I was debating was the reasons to be a proud Pakistani not whether to be one.

Sir I think Pakistan is a great nation with huge potential.

But sir why brag about being resilient, struggle of your people and coming back from brink.
Why be in that position is the question to be asked sir.
64 years and still no introspection about it,But proud of situtaions due to it was my point.Hence the Choice to people to struggle or not.

Rest sir its your country ,you know best.

Peace

Lets keep rolling guys , we have nothing but a few friends a great leader in sight and lots of time to play with. We have pulled through all of that , we will pull through this one too.

We have to move on psychologically from our setbacks , ie our defeat in East Pakistan. Lets not allow the echos or our past rattle our future but on that note we shall learn from it , take our lessons and be strong.

I have no hope but our youth.
