Why the US May Go to War in the SCS

And YOU do ?

Whenever I see 'my dear' on an anonymous Internet forum, I imagine a teenager trying to be condescending in order to get out of a genuine debate about the subject matter.
Your imagination counts for nothing. Nobody cares about that here.

And for the economy part, Please refer to currency market in any good authors economic textbook and you will come to know that currency market is quite dependent on reputation. In a case where China dumps it's trillion $ forex ( or simply burn, which you can imagine ) US economy will come crumbling down. No matter how fast you can print $.

As for "my dear" part of your imagination, i think you have quite less opportunity with some logical debate in a respectful manner. All you have faced till now is bashing and chest thumping.

No my dear. There won't be any world war now. But there will be wars nonetheless. War is the best way for western arms manufacturer to earn $. You give someone a threat and he will buy weapons for sure. It's all about economy, money, hegemony and ego for some extent. Nobody is starting any war for a piece of land.

R.I.P. Economics.
You my dear, really have no idea how economy and currency market works.
Ok..lol!....I do understand economics...the reason China or any country that hold a lot of US $ as currency would never want to fight a war with the US...that my friend is all I was trying to drive at ...thanks for playing(Bait).

:hitwall: No friend, You do not. I understood it when you said US can print trillion $ in 48 hours to counter threat.
Printing is out of question.

I was debating here in an objective manner my friend, until this @ChennaiDude came all chest thumping and boasting about how US is almighty and defeat anyone, anywhere. Would you call that objective debate or trolling?
I was not chest thumping...I know it will hurt your pride/ego. Whatever it may be that's the bitter truth...there is reason why the US is called a super power...Unless Someone/somebody takes that mantle we will boast on topics that say "Why the US May Go to War in the SCS"..its a forum for discussing..no where it says I cant Boast the truth!...you need to read up on the meaning of Trolling"

Okay, my opinion is here :

1. U.S is World N.o1 economy + N.o1 tech, selling weapons
2. China is World N.o2 economy + Top5 tech, also selling weapons
3. Other Aisa nation World N.o X economy, they pay lots of $$$ to buy weapons from foreign

Following current situation developing, next decades the rich get more rich & stronger and the poor get more poor wasting billions USD on foreign weapons. The U.S and China always always ... always can earn Money from other places of this world, Sino-U.S has no any interest to break current trade rule, both us can win-win together !

U.S may go to war with China in SCS, it's absolutely a funny story just think U.S.A cheaper than their nations.

And both r Top5 nuclear power !

Yeah you are right to some extent. but you are wrong in the part where you put China alongside US in arms exporting.
To attain the trust level and technology of US, China at least needs 2-3 decades or so. Till then the boogeyman of SCS will remain there for smaller countries to buy weapons.

I really like your comment as that highlights a sense of pragmatism in the Chinese folks and hopefully it will reflect your government's approach in the future. I know china wants its national interests respected in the Asian realm but do you not think by having an aggressive approach in South china sea that you may scare away the smaller nations. Once again I understand that national interests come first but the west may have to get involved primarily United states if Japan ,Philippines and south korea feel endangered by the continuing aggression i.e the dash lines. So what I am asking you is that can there be any other way or solution besides total Chinese dominance in south china sea? ;)

It’s difficult to disprove the concept of absolute truth, since saying that there are no absolute truths ,that it is absolutely true that no absolute truth exists - is itself an absolute truth. One can say, “From what I know, I believe there are no absolute truths.” Still, this is murky territory...PS: I did a copy and paste..not mine.

Well yes we might be a juniour partner, but then again that doesnt mean we are insignifcant, it just means the U,.S is simply too big/powerful for us to be equals. Just like when we were the world sole superpower we didnt have equals as well(though we had some allies like France and even Japan in world war I, they both wrent an equal to us). Its same today with other countries, you cant claim to an equal to a country who is several times bigger than you and more advanced in almost every aspect, no matter how much you try reality is different. Will you say Japan, India, Russia or even China are an equal to the U.S? Nope they are not. But that doesnt means they are insignificant countries who are good only for analysis or whatever, It just means they arent there yet.

You are not making sense anymore.
If you knew printing was out of question, why did you say so? You are contradicting yourself and trying to confuse me.

Yeah i knew you copied. :D
That is what i said dude of chennai, US may be a superpower but not an absolute power. US may defeat many countries on the globe, but not every country on the globe. So do not ever again say that US can defeat anyone, anywhere.

P.S. You were chest thumping and you know it.

I am not confusing you dude!..........All I have been trying to do is Debunking this BS about "Why the US May Go to War in the SCS"...US and China are partners in making money why would US or China spoil that. .I would have discussed or debated better if the topic on hand was "Why the US May not Go to War in the SCS"

My friend, SCS smaller countries can buy weapons, it's their rights. As i said advanced weapons can not help a developing & smaller nation too much. Without local strong economy suppots, arms race just will make their governments bankrupt like USSR. More poor & chaos for smaller nations, better for a rich & powerful China. Just see how many $$ they can use to buy foreign weapons ???

Good economy is the important basis to develop a strong military force.

Export China capital, to control their local economy for example direct trade with RMB in SCS nations and become 1st foreign trade partner. Without War, Economy is the weapon.
