Crown Prince MBZ understood Trump's loyalty, and he made sure Trump deliver what the crown prince needs from him in exchange of ............(don't ask me the details).
Qatar has figured that out as well, and used it in order to break through the blockade.
Russia figured it out much earlier and helped him to win the presidency, while it also maintain that understanding and interaction between the two sides in the past as a kompromat.
It looks like DPRK understood it as well.
Possibly, Imran Khan of Pakistan will understand it as well. You're dealing with a businessman who doesn't like how the "deep state" operates.
