Why Pakistani Media & Govt silent on Mayanmar issue?

I have never seen in any pakistani media nor any govt official condeming the killing of muslims in burma why is that so?

just see a small rally in Karachi by some religious ppls to condem this, why no media coverage no official statement by GoP?


even except Bangladesh none of the muslims country even condem it.

may be pakistani media is busy projecting wrong image of country,.. Plus they have to give air time to bollywood thats why. And about govt do you think it have any concern with even people of its own country so how can it condemn whats happing in Mayanmar.

Since when are our TV news channels news channels?

Since when did they start to be professional in News Broadcasting?

Just yesterday i was thinking why doesn't someone one in Pakistan open an international news channel in Urdu. International like Al Arabiya, Al Jazeera CNN, BBC and so on. Where they show the Pakistani people what is going on in the world and not what is going on between the dumb axx politicians everyday.

Maybe if they see what is going on in the Arab world the might as well do something similar?

1. Much of the apathy is owing to the current BAL govt's attitude. They have been passive because they do not want to annoy master India. Coming out in favor of the Rohingyas seriously would amount to saying Muslims are standing beside Muslim brethren. This BAL is forbidden from expressing. The task of BAL is to project BD is a secular country which was born to prove the Two Nation Theory wrong.

Lol our media is too busy covering some suicide or divorce case in some random village in Sindh or Punjab. Not that these issues should not be covered but the concept of international coverage unfortunately doesn't exist. At most it is limited to coverage of only neighbouring countries. In depth analysis of what is happening abroad does not exist yet.

Its not abt Ummah only it has become a humanity issue raising voice against killing of so many humans is our responsibility as human beings & as a muslims.

Muslim youth from all over including BD have participated in Jihad all over - Palestine, Afghanistan, Kashmir, Bosnia and Mindano. From time to time we hear in the Indian media that Muslim youth from BD and Pakistan join their Indian brethren in their fight against Hindu extremist oppression. Wherever Jihad has become applicable, Muslim youth must act according to the edict of Islam.
