Why Pakistan doesn’t want to join MTCR

The Indians and particularly the Americans have been red faced after the NSG debacle. It has been a thorough diplomatic defeat at the hands of China. China has pulled its weight and made sure that India didn't get an entry despite frantic efforts by their American buddies. If there are sour grapes, they are only reserved for India and the US.

MTCR is just a good feel cover up. It has no significance.

What significance NSG do except we already enjoying waiver


NSG group consists of non relevant countries who don't even Own advanced Nuclear technology like new Zealand ,Brazil ,MEXICO

As for significance of MTCR just try to import missile technology over 300Km & 500Kg you will face the music

Pakistani application bid for NSG is not even considered for formal discussion in seol and thrown in Dustin

Are there any MTCR surveillance procedures and methods involved that forces member state to not sell any of these technologies?

your so so wrong we will get in NSG in due course but till then hardly any effects as we have waiver to buy all kinds of dual use nuclear techs & nuclear fuel from any nation which as of now we are already doing only thing we cant do is export so do not worry about that point is pakistan can not join MTCR and due to that can not get any latest missile , drone or other dual use weapons tech from any MTCR member nation ... Got It

Pakistan have not even applied for MTCR & Pakistan gets most of the help from a country who is not being accepted as a member, so it doesn't hurt us much....

Only contributions Russian have been is in prithivi missile that's it and
India's PSLV which was within MTCR

Cryogenic &Semi cryogenic engine's were stopped by Russia due to MTCR obligations

Similar in Brahmos cruise missile
MTCR rulings are followed


Please proove the similarities in technical term in any soviet or Russian Longer range ballistic missiles with Indian Agni Series

well russia dint even supply us engine tech or the solid propellent for these missiles we had to develop them all on owr own cause had russia helped us we would have not gone for various french and israeli missiles systems and why will russia share its ahrd earned techs with us which it wants to "sell" us and make billons from it annually ?

its a fake news spread by your media that russia gave us tech no it dint even that of what it had in 1960s or 1970s we had to go the hard way if not that go and see the visuals of each indian missile and then compare to any of its russian equivelent

yes there are many such procedures to keep an eye that no members sells techs listed for MTCR memebers to non member states not just missile tech

now if pakistan does not gets MTCR member ship it cant buy any missile with more than 300Km range and 500Kg warhead in laymans terms like those stealth air launched cruise missiles, anty ship missiles , latest UCAVs and HALE type UAVs and much more go google it

Pakistan lack in two things, better economy and brilliant people in Foreign ministry. If you have these two things you can avail any advance tech without participating in any group.

What China is doing is a clever game where it has made a point that either india play by chinese rules or forget NSG ticket but has brought pakistan into equation which it perfectly knows wont get it anyway hence you yourself think about whome USA will take to task after China spoilt its game

as for either NSG or UNSC USA wont exit but with all its allies make sure China cannot do for long what it just did with indias case and it will take time worry about what USA and allies will do to pakistani interests in this field now ... good luck

India will never gain NSG membership unless it becomes a NPT signatory. If India does become a NSG member without being a NPT signatory, all nuclear related treaties become a joke. Rules are rules and they cannot be broken.

well we will get NSG memebr ship not now but in future and it will take time till then we have already got what we wanted due to NSG waiver to us back in 2008 so no one can stop us to get the latest nuclear techs or nuclear fuel

but if you think China can supply and will supply you the best nuclear and missile or drone tech then good luck
